Someone pointed out the page of the "designer".

They might have paid $350, but it looks like they got $3.50.

The package description says: Buys you 7 hours* of work (plus free 1 hour design consultation) used to create your Home page, Contact page, About Us page, Services/Products page, and a fifth page of your choice (i.e. testimonials, photo gallery, etc.)

I think they forgot the ironic quotes around "page".

that's right up there with the website for the local (and only) adult store in the Wenatchee area. Just a website with an ad on it.
