For x-mas I was given the Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. There are many tasty recipes inside and I have decided I want to hold a Harry Potter Feast at some point in the future. Besides the candy, what food was mentioned in the books?
For drinks there are butterbeer and fire whiskey, but i can't think of anything else...

Rock Cakes, pumpkin pasties, haggis, spotted dick, mince pies, stew, a whole bunch of other stuff.

one of the great things about the book is that the author gives quotes from the books where the food is mentioned.

Me and fishoutawata are in. If you get the word to Emmy, she'd probably be in as well and fashion us with a ride. Emmy doesn't really cook, but Coyote and I do. We'd prefer something with cheap ingredients, we can't afford fancy roasts and fish and things like that.
