Storm Chasing

Did a bit of a chase last night after driving a friend home and noticing the lightning off in the distance. I headed out to where I thought the major portion of the storm was heading and then set up camp. It took maybe 10 min for it to roll through and as you can see in the video, it was pretty active!

Sony Vegas! That's a neat software. I'll plan to buy a Sony HD camcorder soon! :-P My friend, Uck who uses his Sony Vegas software and he loves it! Hehe.

Impressive. Last Saturday night, we had a lightning storm in the FL panhandle that created lighting every three seconds for over 4 hours. Had to unplug all my computers for that one.
