Adventures in CD digging, part one

So I'm cleaning some CD spindles and I notice one that has a ton of un-backed up stuff from four to six years ago.

I notice one that says "DDR Project III, 4th Mix". So I pop it into the disc tray and notice an AVI inside...

I open it and this atrocity pops up after a few seconds.
