Today was 'diversity day' at KL. It sucked ass.
Pretty much all everything lead to was how all of the Germans, including Hitler, killed only Jewish people in 'Oschwitz', which is now in Germany.
Um, no. First off, Hitler was Austrian. And his followers were few Germans. Some were Austrian, some were Hungarian, some were Italian... all around.

I took a whole semester class on this topic. I think you might need to desensitize just a little, for your feelings' sake. Do you want me to explain to you so that you understand Germans aren't being "victimized" or "hated"? The only reason you should actually feel insecure about the disapproval about what the Nazis did is if you ARE racist.

My mother, born in Germany, has been called, many times, a "Jew-killer", "racist", "Nazi"... and many more. Just because she's from Germany.
A lot of people in my German class have dealt with people shunning them for being German. So have I.
It takes someone who knows how it feels to understand it.

You can be shunned for more reasons than being German, you know. Actually, I completely understand how it feels, not because I'm German, but for other reasons of prejudice. I just don't want to say them because they're private issues and they're best kept secret. This is another reason I won't go spewing my race or any other internal secrets about myself.
