About coffee making skills, may I give you a tip? Once you get the right measure of coffee and you think the coffee is good, next time, instead of emptying the spoonfuls of coffee straight in the coffee filter, put them in plastic cup and mark the measure. That way, you'll aways put the same amount in the filter and will get the same flavor and strength.
