For me, Lunar has always been more fun to watch. I'll admit it right here: Lunar walks a very fine line with me between "classic gameplay" and "random encounter tedium". The illusion of being able to control the number of encounter you have by avoiding monsters on the map always seemed more frustrating than anything else to me. Because those fuckers are coming for you, and there's no two ways about it. At least with say, final fantasy, they're not kidding anyone about the encounters.

I'm not super fond of the signing, as in the "lalala" business either. Great plot point, but could we get a real song? That's all I'm saying.

Let's hear it for Bromide's though. Why didn't that feature take off?

Hey, you knew it was coming:

Naruto.

And, as an extra bonus feature for an anime no one will care about outside of you, me and maybe the two other people in the world that have heard of it:

Kino's Journey.

Naruto. Hmm. Well, Scott you've already heard my complaints about this show, but I don't mind mentioning them again I guess.

The basic problem of Naruto, before you even get into the current problems of loss of direction, and general quality downslide, is that the main characters aren't worth the effort. Naruto and Sasuke aren't characters that I like enough to have them drive the whole show. The under-use of characters that I like is frustrating at best, and a complete turn off to the rest of the show.

Kino's... I really don't know what to say.

WoW. As in the storyline, not the gameplay. Or both. But mostly the storyline.

Also, just because I'm curious, Cowboy Bebop.

One of the big things with WoW for me is there's a lot of stuff that needs a storyline, or your might as well put something else there. Murlocs, Gnolls, and Furbolg are all like this for me. They need MORE, or else they're really pretty damned boring mobs, and you might as well just put some more Defias or Twilight's Hammer around. Seriously. Tell me something about Gnolls. Any bit of information about the gnolls. Also, how about some relevatory stuff about The Argent Dawn? Or The Scarlet Crusade for that matter? Why can't I go to Undermine? How about a way to befriend some of the Dragonflights? Also, semirelated, why doesn't Blizz update the encyclopedia site more often damn it? I could probably think of a lot more if I thought about this longer. Also, and this is a lame shipper thing, but give me some in game Thrall and Jaina proof. Would that be so much to ask ( ... )
