They can't fall over themselves quick enough to make a visible presence every time this happens. It's just the way it should be.
Yar, Section 4A was what I was told about by three different police officer over the last 48 hours. Heh, watch this space to see what happens. I have a court date as witness on the 29th for a separate case involving my friend. They're going to start charging me rent at the Magistrates soon. ;)
