I hate these humid days >___<

omg, discovered awesome new Garbage songs on the single of "why do you love me" that I bought ages ago! Rock on!! And I thought I'd heard all their songs...forgot about all the B-side stuff that must be out there!
My MP3 collection is growing. Now I need a decent MP3 player to play them on...mine's gone really retarded ( Read more... )

Don't get an Ipod... they're more trouble than they're worth.

Granted, I bought one for Tess and it died, so I'm biased, and I don't care how "I am the unlucky customer". I suggest you shop around first before jumping on the bandwagon.

Hmm...Tess's Ipod died?! I thought those things never died. I'm after something in the higher price range of MP3 players, as odd as that sounds XD ...I want something good quality. Any reccomendations, ruku? You seem to know bout this sort of thing =D

Died it did... Bodgy headphones, and the battery not only stopped holding its charge, but fucked up completely, causing the iPod to switch off randomly. Not too bad for a $300 pricetag, eh ( ... )

Years of abuse XD Yeah, same with my diskman. I dunno how it keeps soldiering on like it does, the amount of times I've dropped it and whatever.

I'll do my research on this new Sony one. I like Sony. Sony works.

Heard of the iRiver, too, they're apparently good. Tah for the info ^_^

Now that I think of it, mine still works after I magically fixed it somehow.

Dad dropped it out of a car window, and it was beaten up in my schoolbag before that XD

It might have just been a dodgy ipod. I have heard a lot of good comments from other ipod owners. Perhaps there is a website where they rate mp3 players. You could look at all the options that way and read about the pros and cons.
