[Mitsuhide blinks as Megumi leaves the window and attaches herself to his arm. He doesn't really blame her, and certainly does agree everyone ought to stay indoors. Still, panicking won't do any good.]

You okay, Megumi?

[He touches her cheek.]

[She gives him a little nod, holding onto his arm tightly. One hand is in her hair, and she is starting to brush it, as is one of her nervous habits.]

I'm alright. So long as we're indoors, and I'm with you.

[She lets out a little, unintelligible sound that is a mix of fright, worry, and the gasp before a scream.]

[A fidget, and a worried glance at the window, before she presses her cheek to his arm, turning her dark, wide eyes to his and biting down upon her lip.]

It seems to be one thing after another nowadays . . . first, that "scarecrow," then those things outside . . .
