There seems to be a festival of sorts in Xanadu . . . What is the occasion?

I'm not aware of any occasions today . . . but from what I can see, there seem to be booths for games, for food, and for little trinkets to take home, as well as a multitude of others . . . and there are some modern sights to see.

Will you be going, Excel-san?
