How refreshing to see one not despairing over life.

It is easy to despair at times, but there is much to find wonder and joy and hope in. I have my husband and our love, and I have my friends, and my profession.

I'm unaffected by this one. Again. Aren't we getting cursed a lot lately?

Well, it seems that the City wants you to stay as young and energetic as you are now, then.

It feels like there is one every other day, and all of them are playing with one facet or another of our persons. I wonder what's next? . . .

I guess.... I don't think it would hurt anything to grow up some. Maybe next time.

...you think the next one will follow the same pattern? It's not like the City to keep to one. At least, I've never seen one.

Perhaps your growing up will take its normal course. At least, for now, while these kinds of curses leave you untouched.

Yes, the next one might be utterly different. We're always kept on our toes, aren't we? At this rate, I might get white hair earlier than usual! Though that isn't so bad, ne?

It's nice to be reassured your age doesn't necessarily dictate the state of your body.

Of course. Many stay well and fit even until their 90's!

Are you affected today, Excel-san?

I can only hope to be one of them.

It looks like it.

Well, overworking yourself and giving yourself undue stress will make you age faster, you know. Have a proper diet and exercise, and keep yourself healthy, then you should be alright.

Oh? How old are you now?

I'm twenty four. How about you?

foxy_physician August 21 2008, 02:56:40 UTC
From sixteen to twenty-four? It's been quite a leap for you, ne? How do you like being twenty-four?

Ah, I'm in my early forties today, it seems.
