Ferndale just overwhelmly approved medical marijuana! Woohoo way to go Ferndale! Of course, state law still trumps, but it's going to make the prosecutor's job much harder...they'll have to involve the state. I'll have to check in with Ferndale's prosecutors - who I formerly worked with... hahaha. Love to see how this is handled
