I'm not sure how they are getting into your place but I think there is a trap of sorts that you can set up. It's like a bag that they can crawl into, but they can't crawl out of. I've seen them in gardens, maybe if you put one up outside they wouldn't come inside?

Vaccuums work great for getting rid of lots at once. The extension nossle, of course.
