i feel like Debby Downer right now. they happen - bad days. but it sucks. i gave a presentation to the Prog Democrats of America Chicago Chptr tonight in a bar that was just shy of really bad. I had no visuals, and i used rhetoric (which i can't even spell) that didn't stick and four people left giving me pointers for improvement. i'm happy to hear ( Read more... )

Don't be sad. Would you feel better if we share bourbons? We can get a few people together, everyone brings a different bottle of bourbon and have a tasting. Maybe smoke cigars too. You bring the Makers Mark, I've got the Woodford Reserve and a couple others, it could be fun.
