I know friends who cried all day because of the election. I mostly had to keep myself from bursting out in class into these long political rants.

My philosophy prof: "When you lie to a person, you're treating them as being less than you, like they are not irrational, incapable of handling the truth."

Yeah, I hear that for sure...I had some girl in my English class try to convince me that Bush was awsome, and I just told her to get out of my face...I know he won and all, but I can't stand when people try to convert me and change my beliefs.
