Single Father preview 13th Sept 2010 BAFTA

Tonight I went to the preview of Single Father, the new BBC1 drama starring David Tennant. It’ll be aired ‘Autumn’ so I’m assuming October but they weren’t giving anything away and I only saw episode 1.

It’s a highly emotional piece of drama and David is exceptional as Dave a man who loses his wife, Rita, in a tragic accident and is left to bring

It was a great Q&A. Only one cringey moment, when the lady asked about getting emotionally involved with David... it took a while before she got her point across at it sounded really dodgy for a while!

Btw... I hope that's the only photo you took. Some absolute twat was filming DURING the film. *rage*.

whereabouts were you sitting? It did sound dodgy - have you written about it? I'm well aware that my memory is a bit wonlky, even with the notes.

I took a couple of other pics of the Q&A. Panels are always fairgame and Bafta have been known to retweet my panel pics.

We were sat about 6th row, in the middle somewhere lol There were 13 or so of us, two rows apart. No I havent written about it :)

Normally I dont like photos during Q&As, unless they specifically say you can take them (in case they distract). But as you said, they never said "no photos" so it's definitely allowable in this case haha. During the event is a def no no though, booo lol
