When you file a claim with your auto insurance company it means you have a car dent.  When you file one with your life insurance company it means someone died

I will be delivering my first death claim  The good news is that he doesn't need the money,but he can set up a trust for his grandso

The bad news is that he'd rather have his wife back

Its a sort of happy downside to your biz isn't it? Happy in that this is what insurance is supposed to be about and down because as you said, he'd rather have his wife.
