Back in the day some flights had their attendants dress to match the destination. Italy had Togas, Vegas had cigarette girls, and I think England involved bustles. I could be making that last part up. The point is, yes. Truly it was a paradise.

my mom is a flight attendant. they make them dress like men now. no kneecaps showing, cover yr-legs-up-to-here, dont bend over. it's sad & unhappy for waitresses in the sky everywhere.
