So I am looking around at apartments in Vancouver and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for an inexpensive one bedroom that isn't totally scary/shady/run down.

plum meadows off of fruit valley road just outside of downtown is pretty affordable as long as you can provide proof of low income!
