haha, i think i'm the only one in this community not at IC. My team was SOOOO close though. I live in Michigan and since our program is so big, if you get 1st or 2nd place in middle or junior divisions, then you go to IC. Unfortuantely, my team got 3rd place.

In IC comp. lad at the moment. Those adds must have really worked... so many people. Anyway,'fuzzy'- never heard that before. I'm guessing you mean the scene? There was a skit where someone put that in...
"Ever fell like the future scene has nothing to do with the topic..."
hehe.

So did you like the food in Georgia? Because we had the following conversation at just about every meal in Kentucky ( ... )

georgia actually was good.

granted I was in sixth grade, and I was just excited to be on a college campus.

the cafeteria was huge and there was anything to eat that you could ever dream of, from burgers, to (good)pasta, to mexican, to asian. anything.

and there were no crazy long lines either.

You look really familiar.
I think you sat on the bus in front of me. To somewhere. haha.
And I saw you at the senior dance.

I don't like it when coaches are like that either. Our coach wasn't even there... it was our english teacher. So that was pretty cool. She let us do whatever, haha.

haha cool.
did you have fun at the dance?

i was traveling alone with my coach so i didnt exactly get to run wild.

It was alright. I'm not a big fan of dances, so I just like... talked to my friend some, and this other guy the whole time.

H'mm. I think I know you. :)

I was at IC, too, and I talked to a bunch of people from Florida, outside the Convention Center Thursday night and then at the dance, so there's a chance we may have talked at some point. I'm Megan, by the way, blonde hair, glasses...but I think the people I was talking to were CmPSers, so maybe not. Unless you're CmPS?

Anyway, my team won third in Senior Team (yellow shirts), so maybe you saw me at a distance, anyway.

I hope you don't mind if I friend you?

'Ello! I was at IC, too. Wish I was still there! It was absolutely amazing, I met so many people. You probably saw me at some point, at the dance, or at least from a distance, because my team and I won third place in Senior Team. Vandalia-Butler, in Ohio...yellow shirts, blonde hair, peach skirt...maybe not, since you said you weren't with a team, but I know one of my teammates has pizza with some girls from Arizona on Saturday night, so, did you meet Keith? ;)

If you don't mind, I'm friending you - gotta beef up my friends-list with other hip FPSers. Feel free to add me back. I just wrote a massive post about IC, and I'm going to post pictures at some point soon.

were there two senior teams? I met some kids on a senior team from ohio who didn't think they'd win and when they announced ohio i was suprised, but then i didn't see them on stage..

those other girls are the senior team from az. they're from tuscon, another city here. they're pretty nice though.

Yeah, Ohio has a really big FPS team, so the top two teams from each division are invited to IC. You were talking to the other team, a team from West Branch, where we had our Bowl this year. They're quite good, they finished second at State, but placed somewhere in the thirties at IC.

yeah they said they definately weren't expecting to place.

it's cool that the top two get to go. usually our 1st place teams go and then they'll choose a second place team from one of the categories that they think also deserve to go and send them. they haven't done that the past two years though.
