Hi everyone! I'm Miri, and I'm a New Zealand Team FPSer. I'm in my fourth year of FPSing, but this is the third year our team has been together. We're competing in the Middle Division for the second year. The first year, we were a couple of points away from making the Nationals; our current team has made Nationals every year. You have set props in skti presentations? We don't, it's just at IC which is sad. Do you have a quote you have to use as well? It's interesting that you have nationals (I knew you did, but to hear about it an all). In the U.S., we just have the state competitions and then IC since that's always in the U.S.

Yeah, there are two set props we have to use. Last year, it was like a window cleaner and a pompom. There are five quotes also, and we have to choose one to use.

Out of curiosity, who was on the team that went to IC from your school? We met some New Zealand-ish types last year, two teams at least, and maybe we met the people from your school, which would be WAY SUPER COOL. Or something.

The theme of my *life* is sexual innuendo, I think sometimes . . . Last year at IC, there was this team (a bunch of boys from New Zealand) who had the most bestest skit evah, and they got disqualified for having profane language. And of course they hadn't meant to have any, but they had a videotape they went back throuigh, and the only thing it could have possibly been was "watch it" so we decided (with them) that there was obviously blatant accent discrimination going on.

Hmm, last year it was... Saraiya, Lizzie, Elsa and Tung. All girls team.

Awww, that's sad. I really want to go to IC now. It sounds great.

Yeah, we met them . . . We're in Saraiya's video, we started making fun of ourselves as stereotypical Wisconsinites, realized that she probably didn't know any Wisconsin stereotypes, and attempted to explain them . . . I had her e-mail somewhere written down, but then I lost it.

Anyways, let me know.
