Thanks. Looked up information on CPAP machines. They are expensive and I would need to know what pressure to use. So I fear that is another unhelpful line on Wikipedia. Would need doctor advice on what machine/pressure to use.
And it's still pretty fucking terrifying to wake up gasping for breath! lol
