You can get cheap electric kitchen scales that are REALLY handy. Also, I find a cheap electric beater makes much nicer cakes and such than beating by hand. ALSO, a few nice big non-stick loaf tins will never do you wrong. ;)

Electric kitchen scales. Mkay.
Non-stick loaf tins. Check.

Alright. I have a Kambrook Food Processor Deluxe KFP90 (Picture here). I would need a cheap electric beater, too?

I just get the disposable bread containers. Maybe if I made bread more often I'd invest in something nicer, but I really don't and it's easier to not have to worry about cleaning them.
Whisk: No, I don't think it matters.
Apples: Lots of things! If you're looking for something easy, I'll cut them in half, core them, sprinkle in a little brown sugar and pop them in the oven for a baked treat. If you want to get fancier, pie and cobbler are classics - use more sugar since they're tart apples. Or you can mix your apple varieties to give extra flavor to your apple cobbler/pie.
Chop them up and put them in pancakes. You can also make a sourdough starter with yeast and apple cider and let it sit overnight, and then add chopped apples to the pancakes.

Those are a lot of ideas. Thanks :)

I'm not planning on making bread. Just cake-like loaves like banana bread.

Don't know where to get apple cider nor yeast. Shall check next time I'm at the grocery store, or shall ask my Canadian step-mom.

Cider: may be both in refrigerated juices and the juice aisle, with the non-refrigerated stuff
Yeast: I promise you have this in Australia. It comes in either packets or small jars, found in the baking aisle with bread-making stuff.

Cooking is GOOD! For it leads to healthier eating. .. Once you stop baking cookies and the such XD

I have a sieve! :D It's a crappy one, but for now that's really all I need. Non-stick pans. Of course :) Greaseproof paper. Check!

OMG. I was at the supermarket, and SCALES WERE ON SPECIAL! :| $10 instead of $19. Yay me! :) I also picked up a ladle and those big spoons (one with, one without holes) for just $3!! For all of them! lol Came with a spatula and masher, but I had better quality ones of those anyway.

Whee! Linkie! tyvm

*sits and stares at icon*
