The thing that pisses me off the most about myself is that I feel I have (or am just naive enough to believe that I have) enough opportunity to be happy in just persuasion the things I want to do, but when I just let myself bitch and moan about how I'm not doing anything. Philosophizing, maybe there is a fantastic unseen opportunity coming your way and the most productive use of your present time is to enjoy it. There are some pretty great video games out their. The slave-driving game industry is really starting to exploit its veritable slave labor workforce in some very impressive ways like L.A. Noire.

"their" heh. There's a lot to be said for finding/making opportunities, but sometimes you have to wait for the storm to clear, or the boat to land, or [insert metaphor here].

Face your fears, fight your excuses. What have you got to lose? There are billions living on this planet in much shittier situations than us. We owe it to them to use our privileged lives for what we actually WANT to do. Are you going to starve to death or be imprisoned or injured or emotionally destroyed? Doubt it.
