Someone removed the LNB from our Dish Network satelite dish. (The LNB, or "feedhorn," is the box at the end of the arm that actually does the receiving of the signal that bounces off the dish. Got to love scripted CSR's. Sometimes it's easier to actually let them go through their stupid script instead of trying to derail them by actually telling them what specifically is wrong.

But since the end result actually got you the result you desire, I guess it worked out in the end. Hope they come soon to replace the LNB!
