So it's basically egg in Elizabeth Sauce? (Or, as we're talking about the NHS here, egg in mayonnaise with a dollop of curry powder.) Egg curries are quite popular in India, but they're served warm. Don't think I'd eat Coronation Egg, somehow.

I know this probably isn't the done thing, but Melanie's post this morning has had me thinking all day. My father died very suddenly in September, so I know how it feels to lose someone you love. Just wanted to send some love to you at a horrible, horrible time.
