like a bad charity shop ,had mold on the walls , a navy blue carpet ,was deffo a boys flat , the cupboards where filled to the brink with crap , nice hob shame about the rust , wasn`t the flat i wanted to view and all that for £395 pcm ..... erm no i dont think so :(

eau de Help the Aged is the standard smell for rented accommodation isn't it? a bit of Febreeze and some incence soon sorts that. Sadly it doesn't shift mould or exorcise nasty money-grabing agents.

thats true .... but i think that they are going to have trouble shifting that one unless they get the tenant to clean up abit
