Was reading a case today for contracts class.  The point of the case was obvious, but the reasoning was rather difficult to grasp considering it was a case from 1863.  It is amazing how sometimes these old cases read like a different language.  Well as if that wasn't annoying enough I ran across this PAGE from the case (the case is only 3 pages ( Read more... )

What a dreary day, when will it finally warm up?

Just wanted to post saying that I am now officially done with legal research class for the rest of my life!
