bollocks!
came home the other day to find that my car had been stolen... at least i thought it had been stolen. turns out the council took it because it had been 'abandoned'! it was declared as off the road cos i don't have the time/money to get it running again at the moment, so it was parked round the back of the house. how the fuck it's a 'fire risk'
