You mean that dead people won't stay dead? Well, it's a pretty common thing here. Some people died here, but they returned a few days after that, missing something which was important to them.
It could be the loss of a limb, a memory, or something similar.

Feldt will work on Haros. To make them connected all the time, so we could perhaps set one as a bait and use it to localize Mello.

It would be a good idea to let one of us get close to him. I'm willing to try.
There is also Near, getting to him is an option, I know Hallelujah had been thinking about it. I'm also in contact with Matt, and I plan to use it.
