Holy crap, crazies out tonight. Walking home on Rampart, saw a guy standing on the neutral ground as a cop pulled up. He had blood covering the front of his shirt, and he was holding his head. As we walked by, I heard him say, " Those little bastards..."
Maybe time to enforce the curfew law again? -
