Um... I've been reading the english translation of 'After Dark' by Haruki Murakami and I wrote a 17 page fic based on it.  I really don't even know what I was doing with it.  Just trying a new style of writing I guess.  I hope you like it!

It wasn't boring at all. I was really very interesting, the way their lives all intwined. I liked the way you showed so much of their lives and what makes each character who they are without telling the full story on any of them. I'd be interested in reading more of it.

Kudos on experimenting with a new style. I like it.

I was thinking about doing a followup kinda thing for this. Like a character study. For some reason, Yamapi was my favorite character in this and I really wanted to write more about him. =/

oooh this is really interesting. like how they were all related and how they got to know each other and stuff. although it is kinda dark indeed, but i think you pulled it off really well! ^^

i really liked this. i wish i could leave some epic comment but i am sitting here feeling like i just watched a drama or maybe someone's dream. the way you captured the characters was just amazing. they were all so defined and had their moments to make them all important in this story, whatever it is.

and the lols. tegoshi breaking out into bsb song. TEGONAKAMASSU GOING KARAOKEING. and being bff with kame. ryo betting jin that he couldn't get tegoshi's number is simply classic. toma being all creepy stalker in the middle of the night - unintentionally - and the random inclusion of t-erika and JURI - wow, i think this is the first time i've read fic with her in it. i like her.

ryo as a DOCTOR. surprisingly believable. sharp tongue and gentle hands. the chemistry between everybody. YAMAPI THE INSOMNIAC. The lonely girl with the hypnotic eyes. They made him want to dream again.i pretty much love every word of this. especially the ending - i really had no idea what was going to happen. you said "demons" and i took it seriously, thinking

I had to ninja Maru into the story of course. But I felt like the bar hopping thing that the other guys did wasn't really scene. You know what was his scene? Forcing himself into Tegomass for some American boy band karaoke singing. =)

Juri is just awesome. I saw Last Friends and developed a kinda- girl crush maybe? I don't know. More like envy maybe.

Yamapi was actually my favorite character in the story and I have no idea why!

You should definitely look into that book! Or any of his. You might go through all of his as well.

And I'm so flattered that you went through all my stories. I've been too nervous to post them onto communities. >.<

my friend actually linked me to the other one last night and i'm glad she did! i try not to watch the communities because... well, i'm sure you can understand. XD i am horrible at commenting but if i find something really deserving of it (and i'm not on my blackberry) i will usually take the time. i look forward to reading all of your fics!

This is just so stunning. ♥ I love how you included so many different people and all of the different connections between them. It flowed so well, almost like a movie in my head, and it was just really very captivating.
