Today was slightly a good day despite learning that I would not be getting back my computer for another two weeks or so.  I received my external hard drive back though, filled with all my music, pictures and word documents so I'm not entirely upset.  Even though I need it before school starts, which is a lot sooner than I would prefer ( Read more... )

Ah I guess it's always sentimental to remnicise about younger days, but somehow remembering stuff seems to make people happy. Haha. And knowing that you've come such a long way. =)

You're totally right! I'm kinda upset that I forgot a lot of the stuff I had written in that diary. But that's why it's a good thing to document your life that way. =)

Haha that's quite true! Diaries are a great way to document the growing-up process (omg I sound so old XD), but nowadays more people are using blogs and stuff. But it's a good way to save the environment huh? =)

OMG, I never thought of that! And I'm one of those 'go green' people.

But for some reason... I always wonder if I will be able to access these pages later on in my life. Like will livejournal be around in twenty years?

I love doing thing like that. Watching home movies and looking at pictures. Stuff like that. It's a lot of fun!

Awww I remember rediscovering a bunch of stuff about my seven-year-old self a few years back. It was weird to think I'd forgotten it. She was me but she was a different person too. Was weird and nice.

I'm jealous that you have a diary of your childhood. I've never been good at keeping diaries. The best I can do is look at old stories and my naive little views on the world. :)

You worded the feeling a lot better than I could! It was kinda like reading a story rather than my own diary. But it's fun hearing stories about when we're kids and stuff. It's also kinda sad we can't remember everything that had happened.

But it's cute that you wrote stories when you were little! Children are so creative, it would be fun to read.
