So I have been eating good, and working out. Im back using the green tea! I love green tea, it gives me energy and seems to help in weight loss. The only issue tho is that if I drink to much it makes me feel all jittery and my heart starts doing funky things, so I can't over do it...maybe its the caffine, I dunno. I ended up loosing 10 lbs those few weeks I started eating more low cal, and lots of green tea. I tried working out often too, and it was working. But I fell off the wagon again. Well I actually gathered enough guts to register for college. Dad told me he would pay for it and is excited. I dont get the same impression from mom. the impression I get from her is that she doesnt care one way and that she possibly would rather I not go.
