Well, seeing as thats about 1/18th of your room, I suggest you knock out the walls, create a skylight where your TV is. Replace the TV. Then some mohogany shelves. Green I think would be a good contrast to the skylight. Also, do some sponge painting on it.
Next step is to like, re-organize it in a useful way.

its been a while... apex.... thats a lovely word, reminds me of aphex twin(COME TO DADDY), YES... a bedroom it is, i dont personalize my bedroom, its just there, i sleep in it, i have on decoration, well, a few, a dresser for my clothes, a calendar, i have some... dolls... but they were brought back bry a friend from china, so it doesnt count... well, i have a cedar chest, which i put all my things i dont mess with much in, and i have my closet, which is where the clothes that are for special occasions are... oh yea, and i have a picture of nail bunny ( for those of you who dont know who nail bunny is, hes the head of a bunny with a nail through his head that floats around and talks to johnny(nny) if you dont know what im talking about, search for Johnny The Homicidal Maniac, JTHM, or Johnen Vasquez.... it is good, i spend most of the time in the 2nd living room, why, the computer is in there, it the biggest room in the house ( not included the basements) and, its where i play DDR, andi t has the biggest tv in it, and there is a couch
