I am personally pro choice, but we won't go there. It's just best to make the contrast between piercing and tattooing. I can, however, enlighten you on the deal with the illegal tattooing thing. The one thing I learned this summer is that tattooing is illegal in South Carolina and Oooooooooooo-klahoma! <--Sorry...old habit. Anyway. It's a law left over from the sixties. Back then, a lot (if not all) of the states had them. However, SC and OK are the only two backwards enough to keep them (finally someone more backward than Alabama). Point being. SC is working on getting rid of theirs. Not only is it taking a lot of business away from SC (you wouldn't believe how many people asked about tattoo parlors this summer), but if someone did find a person to do a tattoo here, there is such a minute chance that it will be sanitary. The reason there is no tattooing here is because a group of old people says it's unsanitary. Which is untrue. Legal tattoo parlors have so many health codes they have to meet. But the illegal ones dont
