Okay. I now have 2 internship offers. After speaking to my labmates interning this summer. It seems that I am being offered way less money. I don't know how much less is reasonable considering I am in the midwest. I also don't know how or what to negotiate

I think that the intern budget is usually pretty fixed, so you may not have much room to negotiate.
Even so, I'm guessing it'll be a short term job, and it'll be great for getting some real experience on your resume, and getting a better job in the future.
No need to stop looking for work just because you have a job.
