There does not appear to be- not a reliable way of doing so, anyway.

Well, by "unreliable" I also mean "you apparently cannot control when it happens and which memories you end up losing".

But I do not think it is a good thing, to un-remember your memories. They could be important clues to remembering who you were or what you were doing before you came here!
