FRAK! I’ve been trying to post this update all week! LJ really pisses me off sometimes. I realize that they were victims of some sort of attack, but that seems to happen a lot around here.

Anyway, here’s a little update on me and my crew

UUUGH, I was hoping to fix the tent today but it's really cloudy outside and keeps threatening to rain. It's not exactly a project I want to start unless I know for sure I've got at least an hour and a half to do it.

The party should be interesting. What I really hate is that nobody seems to realize that when you host something like this there's all that 'household' stuff that must be "Just Right" too... like cleaning windows, upholstery, walls, etc... That in itself is a task when you're at home with two kids, let alone the actual party planning part of it.

Ah well, this too shall come and go and it'll work out just fine.

Heee, I'm surprised you have time to sleep, with all that going on! Still, better than being bored... isn't it? LOL :)

I swear that decision thing is a total MAN thing. It's universal - on the Y chromosome or something. I know it drives ME insane, especially when I have 100 other things to do!

On the flip side: TENNIS TRIP!! AWESOME. :D

Awe... thanks! It makes me very happy that you enjoy my little posts.

The party should work out just fine. Chris, my husband, said he's going to try to take that day off. I'm praying he can... but you never know what emergency might pop up at the last minute so I'm not getting too excited.

Since the crew from Nova Scotia are coming on the 1st so we're going to surprise the in-laws on that night with the visitors from out-of-town (we can't hide them for 2 days!... we'll get busted) so the actual party won't be a secret anymore. That'll go a long way when trying to organize and plan that day. Not that I'd ask for them to watch the kids or anything but at least we won't have to sneak around.

LOL...the immediate picture in my mind was you hiding them in a hole in the ground and slipping them stuffs to eat. my brain, she is broken. *shakes head*

I don't know how I missed the bit about the Timbit/tents & the dog. Sorry to hear about the tent. How's Sierra doing? Been wondering about her.

Also, congrats on scoring tickets to the matches. Your husband is all sorts of awesome! :)

You do sound busy! I'm glad the hubby takes care of a lot of things, like fixing stuff around the house and arranging someone to do it if he can't do it himself. He also does all the finances. I do the kids and the cleaning, and that's busy enough for me.

I'm very happy one of my best friends got pregnant a year after me. She has a daughter who's just between Feya and Kiki, and we can do the weekend away stuff with them. It's great going away with them, cause the kids really like it, and they all play well together. Other than that all my friends have the career thing going, so not much there.
