i'm not shipping anyone on DA (i refuse to) but i did like the ending. in fact, i just enjoyed the whole bloody show, and i am glad i listened to everyone and watched it. but damn, those Brits are cruel for making us wait till September for new eps.

The Closer... OMGS! fabulous! cannot wait to see how they end the show. gonna be epic.

OMG.. Not shipping anyone!

I couldn't help myself. I fell in love with Mary and Matthew from the start.

I like Anna and Bates but there's just something about Mary and Matthew that puts the in a different league... for me anyway.

While I love Carson and Huges, I don't ship them. I see the ship... but I don't feel it.

As for the missing y'all.... I'm going to try to be around a little more...

BUT, for now, I've gotta run off to school, and then do a quick grocery run with my brats... ahem... little angels.

Mary annoyed the piss out of me. it wasn't until she started taking care of Matthew when he was paralyzed that i truly started to like her. and i am tickled with the development between them...

Anna & Bates are sweet. I don't see the ship with Carson & Hughes, though i do adore their characters.

my favourite character is Violet. Maggie is awesome!!

Funny, she annoyed me too, but I found it difficult to dislike her.

As for the ships, I was a HUGE Robert/Cora shipper... loved the whole notion that he married her for the money and she knew it.... but then they fell in love after the fact. I'd even had plans in the works for a fic on them but they totally fucking ruined it for me with the whole thing with Robert and the maid. Pissed me off to no end. It was probably much more realistic than the romantic notions I had for them... I mean, when you're married for that long I'm sure it's more common than most would care to admit. But still! pissed me off.

And Maggie.... OMG... I LOVE HER! Violet is my favourite character.

I must say, I've never seen an ep of DA. It's all over my flist, but I can't seem to find motivation for it. Did start on Game of Thrones though and think it's absolutely awesome!

I love that you have project ice hole up and running again. And I think it's a pretty sensible rule not to go out skiing when it's colder than -15. OMG! We have the most ridiculous winter over here. I watched the fireworks on New Years without my coat on!

Funny thing... I think it was really warm here on new years too.
Winters around here these days are downright ridiculous. On the weekend it was -26... and tomorrow it's supposed to go up to zero!

Newfs are AWESOME!! My friend has a Landseer named Barnaby and he's absolutely wonderful.

I saw an 'Ice Hole Project' in the valley. I smiled when I saw the lil' kids trying to skate on it.

The Johnson Rule was harsh. I can't wait for the remainder of the episodes.

Newfs are AWESOME!!
OMG... I know! I took a day trip up to visit the Breeder on Saturday, and totally FELL IN LOVE. Now that we've pretty much decided what kind of dog we want, and we're met with the breeder, the hard part starts... the waiting. The breeder should know by the end of the week if her girls are pregnant. She has two girls, one black and one Landseer, and her stud is Black. Anyway, she'll know by the end of the week if the girls are prego *fingers crossed* so I don't want to get too excited until I know for sure that she'll even have puppies... then you have to hope that her litters are big because there are a few people ahead of us in the queue.

*Sigh*.... it's all so exciting but also difficult to keep myself in check.
