Well the news just came in that the puppies have been born. Out of two litters, they ended up with 11 pups; 9 girls and 2 boys. So, alas, we will not be getting a male dog, we'll be getting a female.

Doesn't really matter to me, really, we'll love her just as much. But now we have to come up with a name. We had a boy-dog name already picked out ( Read more... )

Wow, that is going to be a big dog. She’s super cute though and looks very cuddly. I’m going to jump on the Stella band wagon too; it just fits. So, how long until you can bring your new bundle of joy home?

They were just born last week, so end of April we will be bringing our little bundle home. BIG? Yes, VERY, Lol. She'll probably be close to 30 pounds when we bring her home.

They are very big dogs, but they are one of the most gentle, friendliest, most loyal breed around.

Oh, come on! It has to be Stella! I would love shouting that on a daily basis (and actually having a reason - maybe then people wouldn't look at me in such a funny way...) ;)

We're still not 100% sure we'll get the Landseer, but if we do, that will be the little one we get.

Negotiations have become intense in our household. Nobody can agree on a name... but it looks like we might have to go with 'Millie' which is a name that Owen picked. Millie is a character from one of the TV shows he likes.

STill working on it though.....
