Tiny insignificant Rant....

Okay, so as most of you should know by now, I have two little boys.  They are both in half-day kindergarten; my oldest is in Senior kindergarten and my little one is in Junior kindergarten.  They are getting a little older now and are a little more self-sufficient but I am still very busy in the mornings getting them ready.

What kills me is that she knows me well enough to know better. YES, it's pretty much a guarantee that I am home at 8:20 am.... and there's an equally good chance that if the phone rings I WILL NOT answer it.

I hate the phone, I hate being interrupted by it, and I refuse to be a slave to it. So, if it rings at an inopportune time, I ignore it.

I am exactly like this, too. Hell, sometimes I don't even answer it if I'm doing nothing, LOL. :)

That's why we have answerphones, right? Though it would be rather irritating to be left a message like that, I totally agree. Maybe if you continue not to answer her, she'll get the point? I mean, it's got to get boring after a while... right?

that's not a bad idea. Better yet, next time I see her I'm gonna tell her. "Hey man, if you call at that time there's a good chance I'll just not pick up... cuz, well, I'm freaking busy, you jackass.".... K so maybe I'll leaver out the Jackass part, she's a little touchy about stuff like that.
