yeah it does. We're a country that doesn't approve of our own president. It's easy to throw in the towel so halfway in Dubya's second term and say that the lower percentage means a better president and a better US in 2008. I just want our country to be more united about our leader because basically we don't have huge fans in other countries in the world.

What's right is not always popular (this statement is not a response to your reply). That said, what I'm aiming for is what decisions Bush can make to result in a more unified, positive view of him (kinda like what sonofthor said). I don't want to be one of those who doesn't like how the president is performing is job. That's how things have turned out so far. I think he's still capable of doing very good things in his administration.
Find Bin Laden, spend more money on medical research, support stem cell research, negotiate with Iran, get more international help with Iraq, fire Rumsfeld, show accountability, stop subsidizing the oil companies and start a manhattan project for alternative fuel cells, sign the Kyoto agreement, send more help to Darfur, etc.
Something tells me it will only continue to go down. Just don't ask me my opinions.... I do not want to get in a huge ass debate and stuff. I have had enough drama crap this semester...
