Why is it that you aren't allowed casseroles?

Hey, if you can't go the casserole route, make Manicotti. Same basic design, just stuff the noodles instead of topping them.

Dad's rule. Anything cooked in one dish is a casserole and therefore, not allowed.

And yeah, I make aaawesome manicotti. Last time, I used a ricotta/spinach/bacon mixture that I made up, and it was fantastic.It was so rich though, holy god. (Damnit, now all I'm craving is baked pasta. Damn you.)
