ocean friends forever

i took this on the beach in negril march 26th, 2007, while hanging out with our new friends. i thought it was very symbolic, the tides of time washed away the moments. sigh, i miss paradise :( .

it looks as though before the tide washed it away there was a smaller one that didnt come up far enough and only washed away a little bit.

what does that represent?

that it was written in already drenched sand?

maybe that all moments exist in conditions where they are fated to fade. the fleeting nature of existence, that we barely exist in the first place? the false nature of reality? i don't know. something.
