I'm quite frustrated and still not convinced that it's all going well despite what others told me, since I know that there's still fallacies in my arguments, but I'm coping. I'll just try to do my best and hope for the best. Thank you very much for your concern, I really do appreciate it.

God yes, I'm very happy to get rid of it.

I'm doing a research about the impact of mentoring training for mentors, and not only do I have to measure the variables, I have to conduct the training myself.

The company asked me to finish it on April, uni said it should be done in June, and I'm freaking out because I only started seriously on this topic in late March. And the uni switched some standard just last week, so it's harder for me. I've negotiated with the company so I hope it can be done on May, but I haven't got much data to work on since my advisor is busy. I hope everything's going to be fine -_-
