Being myself in her shoes, having no experience is by no means a comfortable situation either T_T But at least I hope it won't make things too hard for you...
True, I'm also still learning myself, and I think that that's exactly why it's hard. I mean, I have to teach her something that I'm not even sure of either. I don't want to be too hard at her, since I understand the feeling--I've been there, and I think that I'm still there. I asked my aunt yesterday on ideas of the things that she and I could think about as a newcomer in work life. I got a broad picture, and I hope it'll help us a little.
What I'm most disappointed of is mostly I got this expectation that at least she knew more about test construction and could teach me, since it's what I had assumed from my supervisor's words, but it's actually the other way around. I'm very lucky that she's willing to learn, though, so I hope that we could figure out how to correctly do this project together. Wish me luck!
Yes, the #%@*&! chickens that rampaged my family's garden and trash. I even have a dream of them jumping to my parent's room when they chirruped outside their room during my brief nap there. Gah.
Since I'm a new-comer" where I work I can understand that she has some troubles to follow you but if you spend some of your time (even if you are so busy now),I'm sure soon you'll have a great help from her! But I hope this will not stress you too much, too!Hang in there, dear!*hugs*
...EAT THOSE CHICKENS!this will solved your problem!!è_é
Thanks, dear! I put the issue forward with my own supervisor and mentors, and we're trying to find ways so that she and I could shape up to rise for the challenge. Wish us luck! /hugs back
*peeks out from my own corner of the world* My life's been pretty busy as well. My new job's going well (Thank God). ^_^ I've taken up Jap lessons & I think my body's finally, finally gotten used to working life. lol.
Ugh. I hate, hate inconsiderate neighbors! I hope you do make food outta them! heheh
