Hello, my name is Carrie Varner.  I live in Marshall, Minnesota, United States and I've always wanted to learn about French culture and I've wanted to live in France ever since I was a pre-teen.      I took French for two years in high school, however, I wasn't able to stay with it due to the special education department I dealt with in the town
