How much would you loose, cause if you wouldn't loose that much and would have work oppertunities in the future, Glenwood springs is beautiful and you could call any free time vacation like :)
I personally would avoid screwing the guy if you could, and ask him to pay me enough so I'd break even.
After just plane and train tickets, I'd lose about $225. And I'd have to feed myself when I was there. I'll call him tomorrow and see what I can work out, but that's kinda of a lot for him to make up. Great, now I'm adding pressure for him... :(

And it is true, there was a definite lack of a contract, just an agreement over the phone. I'll just have to grow a spine and call the guy tomorrow.

I think that it's more or a guilt issue for me than anything practical, and I've just got to call the guy and get it over with.
